The proposed timeline for the Hematopathology Fellowship Match (July 2027 appointments) is as follows:
Summer/Fall 2025: Programs start accepting applications
January 2026: Programs start interviewing
February 4, 2026: Match opens for registration to programs and applicants
March 11, 2026: Ranking opens
April 1, 2026: Quota change and withdrawal deadline
April 15, 2026: Ranking closes
April 29, 2026: Match day
July 2027: Start of fellowship
