Pre-Clinical Research Contracting
The Pre-Clinical Research Contracting Team is responsible for drafting, reviewing, interpreting, and negotiating a wide variety of research-related contracts. We oversee the management of numerous types of agreements, including, but not limited to: Material Transfer Agreements, Research Collaboration and Sponsored Research Agreements, Data Use Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, and other research-related contracts.
