This chair, which was established in 2025, supports a leader in urologic reconstruction and survivorship care, helping patients recover from the effects of cancer, trauma, and treatment. It spans our strengths as a nationally recognized cancer center, a major medical school, and a unified health system within a world-class university.
Carol and Louis Della Penna’s philanthropic commitment ensures that Temple Health remains at the forefront of innovation in urologic cancer, and in restoring function and dignity for those living beyond cancer. It is the third chair they have endowed.
