Telehealth at Fox Chase Cancer Center

Video and Phone Appointments

We understand that patients are not always able to attend their appointments in-person. For these situations, Fox Chase offers telehealth options (video and phone consultations) that allow patients to remotely connect with their care team and receive world-class care from the comfort of their home.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, new and existing patients will be contacted by a member of their care team before their first or next appointment if they are eligible for a telehealth visit.

Video Consultations

Fox Chase video consultations are conducted through Zoom, which is a secure web application. While you will need to download Zoom before your appointment, the staff member who schedules your appointment will walk you through the steps for doing so. In order to access Zoom, you will need a smartphone that has a working camera and microphone.

Before your appointment, you will be provided with a unique website link and an instructional video on how to use the platform.

Phone Consultations

If you do not have access to a smart phone, our physicians may be able to connect with you for a consultation over the telephone.
