Telehealth at Fox Chase Cancer Center

Video and Phone Appointments

We understand that patients are not always able to attend their appointments in-person. For these situations, Fox Chase offers telehealth options (video and phone consultations) that allow patients to remotely connect with their care team and receive world-class care from the comfort of their home.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, new and existing patients will be contacted by a member of their care team before their first or next appointment if they are eligible for a telehealth visit.

Video Consultations

Fox Chase video consultations are conducted through a secure web application that does not require downloading or sign up. Patients can access the tool by using a smart phone or other smart device (such as a tablet).

Before your first consultation, you will be provided with a unique website link and instructions on how to use the platform. Patients are encouraged to test out the platform before their first appointment, and a member of their care team will also call the patient on the day of their appointment to make sure they are comfortable.

Phone Consultations

If you do not have access to a smart phone or other smart device, our physicians may be able to connect with you for a consultation over the telephone.
