Referring Physicians
To refer a patient, either you or your patient can call Fox Chase Cancer Center or use our online form to request a first visit to the Center. The new patient appointments staff will contact your patient to schedule an appointment and obtain the necessary pre-registration information. Patients are asked to bring all treatment records, including slides, tissue blocks, X-rays and scans, to the first appointment. This helps avoid repeat tests or delays in treatment recommendations.
