Inpatient Check-In Process
Starting Monday, March 10, Fox Chase Cancer Center is introducing a new electronic visitor check-in system called PassagePoint. This system will help make the check-in process faster, more secure, and more convenient for our patients and visitors.
What to Expect at Check-In:
- All inpatient visitors will check in at the front desk upon arrival.
- A government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) will be scanned to create a visitor badge.
- Badges will be time-limited and will expire after two hours. If you need more time, simply return to the desk for a renewal.
- If you don’t have a photo ID, a badge will be issued after a quick photo is taken.
- To ensure a comfortable environment for our patients, only two visitors may be at the bedside at a time.
- Visitors must sign out at the front desk when leaving.
