To ensure the accuracy of our patient satisfaction scores, we require that providers who see patients receive
a minimum number of completed patient-submitted surveys before their reviews are listed on their profiles.
Star ratings on this site are collected on a rolling basis from the previous 12 months.
Additionally, some of the physicians listed on our site do not see patients directly, and therefore, do not receive
evaluation and ratings from patients.
My role as a hospitalist is provide comprehensive compassionate inpatient care. In addition to treating all medical conditions that arise my main goal is to establish open lines of communication amongst all team members and the patient. This will help to ensure that the patient has a clear understanding of the disease process and available treatment options. It is vital to never lose sight of the fact that being admitted to the hospital is a stressful experience and it is important to empower the patient to ask questions and play an active role in their care.
