Sharing our patient satisfaction ratings and comments is one of our efforts to provide patients the information they need to make important healthcare decisions.
To achieve this goal, we have partnered with Qualtrics to ensure the patient voice is captured across a variety of care settings. The feedback provided from patients helps to inform what’s going well and identify areas we can improve our care delivery.
All ratings are submitted by actual patients and verified by a leading patient experience survey vendor. We measure all aspects of the patient experience. To ensure that we are holding ourselves to the highest standards, we partner with an independent patient experience measurement company named Qualtrics. Their team of experts work with providers, payers, and life sciences organizations around the world to help them design and optimize staff and patient experiences that drive quality improvement and enable empathy at scale.
Why Don’t All Providers Have Ratings and Comments?
To ensure the accuracy of our patient satisfaction scores, we require that a provider has a minimum number of completed surveys. This helps to improve the accuracy and reliability of the displayed results. Star ratings on this site are collected on a rolling basis from the previous 12 months. Comments on this site start from January 2018.
Do You Post All Comments?
Our goal is patient satisfaction and transparency. Therefore, we are committed to displaying ratings and comments that provide positive or negative feedback. However, we do not post comments that are libelous, slanderous, profane, offensive, inappropriate, or contain protected health information that may risk the privacy of our patients.
