Due to a system-wide technology update, we are experiencing extremely high call volume. We appreciate your patience with our operators during this time. Thank you for choosing Fox Chase Cancer Center.
Request an Appointment: International Patients
Fox Chase Cancer Center values every patient and looks forward to scheduling your first visit. Patient services representatives from Fox Chase will help ease your way through the initial steps listed below. After your initial contact, a Fox Chase patient services representative will be assigned to assist you.
Learn about our International patient services by requesting a call, calling us or emailing us. Our international patient services brochure will inform you about our services, and how to contact us.
Once you have received our first email with instructions on how to send your medical records, reply with the information requested on our International Patient Form.
The next step will be to submit the medical records (in English), diagnostic images and pathology material to InternationalMedicine@fccc.edu or fax them to 215-728-5382. (See more details about Medical records needed).
We will identify the best physician to informally review your medical records. This informal review will allow us to determine if you will benefit from coming to our center, or to identify the best service for you.
We will send you a cost estimate of the services recommended by our physician. You will be able to ask questions or discuss your concerns with our patient services representatives or the reviewing physician. Once you approve the cost estimate, we will send you an invoice for the total cost of the expected services.
Once payment is confirmed, we will schedule your first appointment and expected services. At this time we need you to let us know when are you planning to travel, and if:
- You will require an invitation letter to request your US visa.
- You will require an interpreter (Please state the language and any preferences).
- You would like to have transportation or lodging information.
