PHILADELPHIA (July 7, 2022)—A team of researchers at Fox Chase Cancer Center have been awarded a Department of Defense Prostate Cancer Health Disparity Research Award for New Investigators.

The prestigious award, given at the 2022 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting, supports researchers with projects that span many areas of cancer care, including precision medicine, palliative care, and breast cancer.

PHILADELPHIA (June 1, 2022)—African American/Black and white patients treated with similar first-line therapies for advanced kidney cancer experienced similar outcomes but different response rates, according to research from Fox Chase Cancer Center that will be presented at the 2022 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting.
