PHILADELPHIA (January 9, 2017) – Martin J. Edelman, MD, a nationally renowned expert in the research and treatment of lung cancer, has joined Fox Chase Cancer Center as Chair of the Department of Hematology/Oncology and as deputy cancer center director for clinical research. He will start on February 6, 2017.

PHILADELPHIA (December 19, 2016) – Fox Chase Cancer Center has received a four-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in its latest Hospital Care report.

PHILADELPHIA (December 12, 2016) – The Commission on Cancer (CoC), a quality  program of the American College of Surgeons (ACS) has granted Three-Year Accreditation with Commendation to Fox Chase Cancer Center. Three-Year Accreditation with Commendation is only awarded to a facility that exceeds standard requirements at the time of its triennial survey.
