PHILADELPHIA (September 6, 2017) – The center of research excellence at the University of the West Indies will focus on cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. It is the planned first step toward developing a broader network of Caribbean centers of excellence, which will increase research collaboration to address these diseases throughout the region.

PHILADELPHIA (September 1, 2017) – Fox Chase Cancer Center is pleased to announce the hiring of Rashmi Khanal, who will join the Department of Hematology/Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center as part of the Jeanes Hospital Consultative Service.

He will continue to provide clinical services at the Temple Health Northeastern Ambulatory Care campus as well as on-site and on-call support to the hematology program at Jeanes Hospital.
