I feel like Dr. McShane wrote the book on excellent patient care. She's knowledgeable, compassionate, explains everything in a way I understood and truly listens to me. I am thrilled that she is getting involved with residents or fellows (can't remember which), but she is a perfect role model. I feel so very blessed that I am under her care.
Dr. McShane and the entire team are committed to compassionate, competent, well-informed patient care. Their attitudes are uniformly personable and positive. They make it easy to navigate the cancer care system including appointment coordination which is a huge help when dealing with a variety of departments and services. I would recommend them without hesitation.
