My philosophy of care is centered on treating the patient, not simply the diagnosis. Working in robotic urologic oncology since 2009 has taught me the importance of combining clinical expertise with compassion, clear communication, and individualized care. I strive to make patients feel informed, heard, and supported throughout what can be an overwhelming and life-changing experience.

I believe in evidence-based, patient-centered care and in taking the time to explain diagnoses, treatment options, risks, and expectations in a way that patients and their families can understand. I value honesty and transparency while also recognizing the importance of empathy and reassurance. I approach each patient as an individual, taking into consideration their goals, concerns, quality of life, and personal circumstances when helping them navigate treatment decisions.

As a surgical PA, I also value teamwork and collaboration. Optimal cancer care requires close communication among surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team. My goal is to be a consistent and trusted resource for patients before, during, and after surgery, while advocating for their needs and helping ensure continuity of care throughout their cancer journey.
