Sponsorship Levels:
- Diamond: $3,000- Includes placement in the event program and website, table for 10 guests at the event, and sponsorship sign at the table.
- Platinum: $1,500- Includes placement in the event program and website and 6 tickets.
- Gold: $1,000- Includes placement in the event program and website and 4 tickets.
- Silver: $500- Includes placement in the event program and website and 2 tickets.

Please join the Eileen Stein Jacoby Fund for their Celebration of Life Luncheon on Sunday, December 2 at 11:00am at the Philadelphia Ballroom. Three breast cancer survivors will be honored and Dr. Obeid, Dr. Hayes, and Andrea Forman will be speaking. Proceeds from this luncheon will be donated to the scientific labs of Elias Obeid, MD, MPH at Fox Chase Cancer Center.
