Patient comments
I'd like to thank Fox Chase and Dr. Castellanos for their help.
The reason I was not seen within 15 min of my appointment time was not provider's fault. After having my mammogram, it was decided to do an ultrasound. This was not scheduled. However, the staff did it anyway by squeezing me into schedule so I would not have to come back. I appreciated this very much. Therefore, I was late to see Dr. Castellanos and she saw me anyway. Everyone was very accommodating and did not show any signs of being annoyed with the changes or say anything negative. Staff was great.
Dr. Castellanos and her support team are really top notch!
Great Physician. Spoke to me in a manner I understood. She was caring and compassionate.
That my Doctor is truly concerned about my health
