Treatment Philosophy
As a cancer genetic counselor, I strive to empower individuals and their families with the knowledge and support needed to make informed decisions about genetic testing and managing their cancer risk. I recognize the emotional impact of a cancer diagnosis and hope to educate and guide with empathy and a personalized approach to hereditary cancer risk assessment. Working at Fox Chase offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with the rest of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and integrative care. I encourage active participation in decision-making to empower individuals to take control of their healthcare journey and hope to offer resources and support during the process.
