Patient comments
Care provider was 45 min late to meeting. I left Meeting finally and Dr called 5 min later. I would Have liked a call or have assistant join call for update. I was Unsure meeting was still on, wrong link, other. I left Meeting after 45 min wait.
Excellent care and very courteous from all staff and doctor.
My physician and her assistant were excellent and reassuring and respectful
Dr. Tamaki was not available at the time of my appointment. She had been called into an emergency in an Operating Room. I therefore saw the PA that normally works with Dr. Tamaki. The PA and other staff were excellent. I have complete confidence in them. I give them the highest ratings possible.
I appreciate the concern and care given to me. If the need arises again Fox Chase will be my choice for treatment.
