Fox Chase Cancer Center Proudly Participates in the Undy RunWalk 2019

PHILADELPHIA (August 19, 2019) – Fox Chase Cancer Center will proudly participate in the Philadelphia Undy RunWalk to support the Colorectal Cancer Alliance and their mission to end colorectal cancer with national prevention, research, and patient support initiatives. As its name implies, this event is underwear themed, with every participant receiving a pair of blue boxer shorts. Event organizers also encourage runners and walkers to sport their favorite pair of family-friendly undies for the event.

The Undy RunWalk will be held Saturday, September 14, 2019, in Paine’s Park, which is next to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Check-in and registration begin at 7 a.m. and the 5K begins at 8:30 a.m.

The Colorectal Cancer Alliance is hosting the event to support national prevention, research, and colorectal cancer patient and family support initiatives.
