To ensure the accuracy of our patient satisfaction scores, we require that providers who see patients receive a minimum number of completed patient-submitted surveys before their reviews are listed on their profiles. Star ratings on this site are collected on a rolling basis from the previous 12 months.
Additionally, some of the physicians listed on our site do not see patients directly, and therefore, do not receive evaluation and ratings from patients.

Treatment Philosophy

I began working at Fox Chase in 2006 in the Division of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery.  Before coming to Fox Chase, I spent 4 years working at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX also in Reconstructive Plastic Surgery.

My focus since starting my career in medicine has been in helping patients that have been diagnosed with cancer.  My area of specialty is in reconstruction and I truly enjoy being able to help restore a patient’s appearance and function after cancer surgery.  In our practice, we treat patients who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, head and neck cancers, melanoma, lymphedema as well as many other forms of cancers.

Through a multi-specialty team approach, I believe we are able to provide patients with the best possible care available.  I value my role on that team in providing that care and support to our patients as they travel through their cancer diagnosis.

Linda Gottlieb

  • Breast Cancer

When Linda Gottlieb learned she had breast cancer in 2008, she sought treatment at Fox Chase Cancer Center, where her husband had been successfully treated. Wanting to keep her breasts intact, Linda opted for a lumpectomy twice, but after her doctors could not declaare clear margins, she decided her only option was to have a mastectomy with reconstruction. This time, Linda's surgeons were finally able to remove all the diseased tissue. Linda has a very low chance of recurrance, and returned to work after eight weeks. After her experience with cancer, Linda encourages other women to perform breast self-exams because it saved her life.
