Treatment Philosophy

Oncology nursing is my passion. I have had the privilege of working at FCCC, in different roles, for my entire nursing career.  My current role as a nurse navigator allows me to utilize all my experiences to continue meaningful patient and family contact.  A recent patient’s daughter, who works at a major medical center, described the nurse navigator role as “brilliant.”  She went on to say that the nurse navigator “makes such a difference for the family in dealing with the many moving parts” of health care.  And that sums up why I continue to love what I do here at FCCC.
