The program runs Saturdays, February 25 to May 13, 2017.
- Complete the online application and submit three letters of recommendation by Monday, November 14th.
- Applications are then reviewed by a panel of program staff and alumni.
- Following review, qualifying applicants will interview with program staff in January 2017.
The 2017 TRIP Initiative at William Tennent High School will take place on Saturdays from February 25 to May 13, 2017. The TRIP Initiative is a rigorous lab-based course for high school students who are motivated to explore their interests in science and medicine. The mission of TRIP is to foster an enthusiasm for science by offering students a chance to do hypothesis-driven research and hands-on learning in a lab.
Two sessions are available:
- Session A (8:30 am-12 pm)
- Session B (1-4:30 pm).
Students will be in lab from February 25 through April 29, with a symposium scheduled for May 13, 2017.
