This free 4-week program will give you the tools you need to tackle your smoking.
We will help you:
- Understand why it’s hard to quit
- Identify tips to change your behaviors
- Learn what medicines can help
- Cope with urges and stresses
- Learn healthy lifestyle choices
- Stay tobacco-free
When: Tuesdays, February 7, 14, 21, and 28.
You will need to attend all 4 sessions.
