These series will focus on a variety of music-based experiences such which are designed to increase overall well-being. Music has been found to calm the nervous system, create feelings of unity with others, and relieve stress. All are welcome— participants don’t have to be musical or play an instrument.

These programs are FREE and open to all patients, their support systems, and all staff, and no registration is needed. Join for all or just part of the session!
