Laryngectomy is a surgical procedure to remove the larynx (voice box), often because of cancer. “The Speakeezy Club of Delaware Valley” is a Laryngectomy support group that provides information, education, and psychosocial support to patients and their families. Support is provided by a Social Worker and a Speech-Language Pathologist.
