Diana Kott, DNP, RN, OCN, NPD-BC, is the Senior Accredited Provider Program Coordinator at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she leads initiatives in nursing continuing professional development and interprofessional education. With extensive experience in oncology nursing, professional development, and academic teaching, she is dedicated to advancing nursing practice through education, mentorship, and evidence-based practice.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Holy Family University in 2013 and 2018, respectively, and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Temple University in 2025. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Nursing at Villanova University’s M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing, where her proposed research focuses on interprofessional collaborative practices in oncology care.
Certified in both Oncology Nursing (OCN®) and Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC), she also serves as adjunct faculty at Holy Family University, mentoring and educating the next generation of nurses. She is an active member of the Oncology Nursing Society and the Association for Nursing Professional Development, reflecting her commitment to professional engagement, lifelong learning, and advancing the nursing profession.
