AllBright Law Offices and Fox Chase Cancer Center formed a partnership that provides AllBright with authorization to identify, recommend and introduce Fox Chase to potential healthcare or hospitals partners in Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Xizang, and Guangxi Provinces, as well as to communicate, coordinate and introduce Fox Chase to private Chinese healthcare partners with the goal of establishing public-private partnerships. AllBright was founded in 1999, is headquartered in Shanghai, China, and has branches in 15 Chinese cities. Relevant to this partnership, AllBright provides legal services concerning public-private partnerships (“PPP”) of public infrastructure, which covers the overall process involving feasibility studies, PPP advice and program design, investment and negotiation, project construction, operation and services, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and foreign issue shares or bonds, asset securitization, and other related services.
