Survivors’ Day Celebration

Date: Saturday, November 13, 2021

Time: Game is at 12:00 pm. The tailgate will take place from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.

Tickets: Each Fox Chase Cancer Center survivor will receive two complimentary tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased at a special discounted rate and will be seated next to the requested complimentary tickets. Tickets will be sent electronically to the registrant's phone within three days of the request. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, November 5 at 5:00 pm EST.

Tailgate:

• Survivors and their guests are welcome to participate in our complimentary tailgate beginning at 9:00 AM in Lot K, located at the corner of Pattison Avenue and S. Darien Street. The Fox Chase tailgate will be setup closest to the stadium, so please look for signage and our Mobile Screening Unit.
• Refreshments will include a variety of hot breakfast foods, sandwiches, soft drinks, and water.
• When you arrive at the tailgate location, please check in at registration with the name used to purchase your tickets. Each survivor will receive a special giveaway at check in, and survivors running on the field will also receive a wristband.

Parking:

• Cash parking is available for $22 in Lot K on a first come first served basis. If you are entering the lot between 9:00 - 9:45 AM, please use the entrance off of S. Darien Street. Otherwise, use the Pattison Avenue entrance.
• Additional parking available in the following lots: M/N (cash or credit), P and Wells Fargo (credit only).
• Please note: There is a walk taking place at Citizens Bank Park the morning of the game. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time

Running onto the Field: 

• Survivors only will have the opportunity to run or walk on the field before the game begins. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests of survivors or minors.
• In order to participate in the on field experience, each survivor must complete the official waiver available HERE. To expedite the check in process at the tailgate, please print and sign prior to arrival. If you do not have access to a printer, we will have copies at registration but please read in advance and be prepared to sign onsite.
• At 11:00 AM, all survivors running on the field will head to the stadium with Fox Chase staff. If you plan to participate, please arrive at the tailgate no later than 10:45 AM, so that you can check in, hand in your waiver, and receive your wristband.
• Masks will be required in the stadium where we will be gathering, so please plan accordingly.
