Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Fox Chase has remained committed to keeping our patients safe.
As more individuals receive the COVID-19 vaccine, we are adapting our visitor policy as needed and allowing more visitors in to support our patients.
Our latest guidelines are listed below:
Child Visitation Policy
During the ongoing pandemic, children of any age are not allowed in any of our outpatient facilities or our Main Campus inpatient area.
Fox Chase Main Campus
Outpatient Visitors
At our Main Campus, patients can bring one visitor to their outpatient appointments. While outpatient visitors are not required to be vaccinated against COVID-19, we strongly encourage them to be for the safety of those in our care.
During radiation treatments, infusions, and outpatient procedures, visitors may sit in our regular waiting areas throughout the Center or in the Young Pavilion mezzanine.
At this time, no visitors are permitted in our infusion room.
Our cafeteria and café are now open to visitors as well.
Inpatient Visitors
All inpatients are allowed two visitors at a time between 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Visitors must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after their final vaccine dose) and must bring proof of vaccination to be allowed into the inpatient area.
Fox Chase Outpatient Facilities
At each of our outpatient facilities, patients can bring one visitor to their appointments. During radiation treatments, infusions and outpatient procedures, visitors may sit in our regular waiting areas.
Masking Policies
To keep our most vulnerable patients safe from COVID-19, all individuals need to wear a mask for the duration of their time in all our locations.
Thank you for your continued support of our efforts to keep our patients safe. We know that caregivers and loved ones play a vital role in the healing process, and we are so happy to allow them back into our locations. If you have any questions, please contact your care team.
