Barbara Pro, MD
Barbara Pro, MD, has joined Fox Chase Cancer Center’s department of medical oncology. She treats patients with Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphomas, specializing in T-cell lymphoma—a cancer that accounts for about 10-15 percent of all non-Hodgkin lymphomas diagnosed annually in the United States.
Pro comes to Fox Chase from The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, where she served as an associate professor in the department of lymphoma/myeloma, division of cancer medicine.
“I have devoted the last five years to developing a research program for the treatment of patients with T-cell lymphoma,” Pro says. “I am excited to continue this work at Fox Chase, where I have the scientific resources needed to create a translational research program for T-cell lymphoma.”
