Diagnostic imaging services include mammography, CT, ultrasound, ,nuclear medicine, PET/CT, MRI, fluoroscopy and CT colonography (“Virtual Colonoscopy”). Image guided biopsies and procedures are performed using ultrasound, CT and MRI.

Review and consultation services are available at Fox Chase for films submitted by outside physicians. Our MRI facility is capable of performing high-quality clinical studies in all areas as well as research applications. Services also include magnetic resonance angiography and magnetic resonance spectroscopy.

Breast Imaging Center of Excellence

Fox Chase Cancer Center has been named a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology (ACR) for mammography, breast ultrasound, ultrasound-guided biopsy, and stereotactic biopsy. This designation is awarded to breast imaging centers that achieve excellence by seeking and earning accreditation in all of the ACR's voluntary breast-imaging accreditation programs and modules, in addition to the mandatory Mammography Accreditation Program.
